Frequently Asked Questions & Answers

Meet the Staff

Below is a photographic introduction to your Community Association management team. Their job is to assist your Board of Directors with operating the association and maintaining the common areas and community property, such as the elevators, swimming pools, walkways, and parking garage. Please keep in mind, however, that they do not perform any maintenance inside the individual units unless the Association is responsible pursuant to the Condominium Act or the recorded documents. They also do not perform any maintenance on the Activities Building since that entire structure is owned exclusively by the Developer, not the Association. As you know the Majestic is a large resort, so it’s not at all uncommon to have in excess of a thousand people here at any given time. Since the staff cannot be everywhere at once, please notify them if you see anything within the common areas that requires their immediate attention.
